This is my absolute new favorite healthy treat. I add to my coffee with soy milk and it’s delicious. Sometimes I even blend it with ice cubes and soy milk and it’s like a cool treat. You only need a quarter teaspoon as it’s very potent. Peppermint is also very good for your health. It aids in digestion, can help with allergies and sinus issues, is antibacterial, etc. I love this brand also as it’s organic and doesn’t have any oils or sweeteners. It is preserved in alcohol

Love that it’s pure and organic but holy cow is this stuff powerful. I use half or less than what a recipe calls for.
