seller, specifically, what is the fitment size range? (saying it's adjustable &/or the package size answers little)

The Iron Neck Alpha Plus Training Harness should fit all common hat sizes and beyond. If you have any issues with fit, please let us know.

What is the difference between this one and the previous version?

The Iron Neck Alpha Plus Training Harness has upgraded honeycomb neoprene padding, thicker nylon construction, & most importantly, a new vertical adjustment strap with reinforced stitching to ensure the best fit possible.

Why is the alpha+ "Currently unavailable. We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock." on amazon while the alpha is purchasable?

The Alpha Plus Harness is currently available, I'm not sure why you aren't seeing it but if you want to message us or contact our support team, we'd be happy to help you.

The alpha can ship to worldwide addresses while somehow the alpha+ listing is set up differently, what's the support email? (Not on your website)

I'm not sure why you are having issues but you can contact us at support@iron-neck.com. If that email gets censored, try "support" then "@" then "iron-neck.com".
