Definitely the best there is, and worth the money
Having looked at reviews of other devices on the market, I chose this one because it uses push buttons rather than combo, so easier to open in winter with gloves, and also because it is certified. It's a lot more expensive than other devices, but having installed and used it, I say it is worth the extra money. It is very easy to install, as it provides a mounting template to get the screw positions completely accurate, and decent screws (8 cm long!) are provided for fixing. It can be installed onto brick walls or (strong) wooden posts, which is what I chose to do to keep the unit out of sight. In situ, it is unobtrusive. It is very easy to set and change the combo code. It has a large internal capacity for holding keys and cards, and comes with a useful metal hook. In short, it is well worth spending the extra money to get something that actually will work and will last.

Failed after less than 6 months.
This, externally is a very robust key safe. It, however, is very poorly built internally and the unlock mechanism failed in less than 6 months. The key safe had to be removed from the wall on which it was attached and the door key removed by cutting out the back of the key safe. Not an easy job. After about an hour working on the key safe, I did manage to unlock it. It appears that if the twist unlock knob is is rotated slightly anticlockwise first, the mechanism will sometimes operate and unlock. Not much good for other users though. I cannot recommend this product for frequent use (about 3 times a day).

So easy to use.
This by far the best of the 4 safe key boxes I’ve purchased. So easy to use and plenty of space for the key. One thing that could be better is the cover, it’s bit flimsy. However it’s waterproof which so handy as I live on the seafront.

Only buy if you can install in a corner!
SECURITY FLAW BUT IT CAN BE EASILY SOLVED The horizontal pin (holding the combination number drop-down door) on the front can easily be knocked out using a special tool. This would obviously compromise the entire purpose of the lock!!! However, if you install in a corner position (e.g. against a brick wall) it will prevent anyone from knocking the pin out. Bear in mind someone can still knock the retaining pin sideways into any soft surface (such as wood) so ALWAYS make sure the adjoining surface to the left or right of the lock in the corner you install it in is metal or brick/concrete. WOULD I STILL RECOMMEND? YES! Other than that, it's a really sturdy and weatherproof lock, the best available for securing your keys outside. As long as you know the security compromises detailed above then I would definitely recommend buying this product.

Heavy and secure
Wow this is amazing strong and heavy not used it yet but good buttons inside for putting in code definitely recommend it.

Code setting very fiddly & unclear, easy to make a mistake, no re-set told I have to buy a new one!
Setting the code required a phone call and I am glad I did as when I came to change the code sometime later as is sensible for security, I made one slip up in the process, the previous code does not work and I am told there is no way to factory re-set the box. I am told I simply have to buy another! The process to set the code is too intricate, requires a very small screwdriver and the marked arrows you need to see on each number are very unclear - one slip up if you have set it with an arrow pointing the wrong way which is very easy to do, and the box is useless. Seriously shocked there is no re-set as these are not cheap.

Good and solid
I believe this is the best anyone can have. The only downside is the cover, which can be easily broken near the hinges.

Key Mechanism very weak design and easy to break, externally very strong
Two star because it is very easy to break. Indeed, they give you a warning in the instructions but I am very surprised that you can break the key code mechamism so easily. So I missed "you must setup the code while in open", otherwise you will break the internal plastic pins in use to setup the code! and the device will not be useable and loose its guarantee. So I did , and I not only broke one key internally (you do not see if is broken by the way) but it stop working because the plastic bit interfiers with the system at that point or you can not turn any more in possition (invisible to you this is happening). So yes , why they build it so flimsy when they have the core idea correct and it is so strong in other pats ? As I could not remove the box from the wall and the guarantee was gone after I broke it (no effort required as you can see for the photo the pins are quite thin plastic bits) when I just turned one of the keys in locked possition, I decided to disamble it, see photos. So the trick to repair it forever, is removing all the platic pins that turn the key into the code possition (see the photo holding one plastic pin, removed in all keys now) and extend a bit the spring so it introduces a bit more presure to the key (this is because when removiong the plastic pin, it does not push out enough the other plastic that alows a key to be part of the code). After taking it apart, I would say that they could have done that theirselves and save many bloken devices and have more assurance that they will not break in the future when changin the code. Fortunatelly it is quite easy to take it appart and put it together. After removing the pins , I can change the code with a screw driver and they will not break by accident. Externally it feels solid, it will be easier to break the lock in the door. Also with resped of how it works, after the repair, it just reset when turning to close it (I gather it is the original idea but I do not know) and please just notice that the order of the code keys is not relevant to open it. Over all solid, secure although very breakeable device at the setting of the code if do not follow insturctions by the letter. Using plastic instead of metal for the code pins is a big mistake, in my oppion

The box itself is great. Delivery is completely lacking. Takes a very long time to arrive. When it arrived, the box was completely mangled, the lock box and instructions were falling out of the box and the key hook and plastic tray was missing. I truly wish Amazon would discontinue using the USPS for delivery. In my area they are useless.

Feels VERY sturdy, to the point it makes installation a bit tricky. Mounting material provided for brick walls, BYO for other surfaces.
