This scanner works perfect. Follow the directions and it easily connects. I have an IPhone that works like a high dollar scanner. Bluetooth did not want to connect but when I turned on the app it instantly connected. Be sure and set up the app first. You’ll love it.

I was shocked to see the plethora of information this unit delivers. Real-time code readings. Well worth the price. Super easy app usage and readability.

This is a great tool to review all of the PID codes, and performance for your vehicle. I am able to use the app for free (which is rare), and it does very well. I can see everything from the manifold air pressure to the % of gas in the tank. I don't understand why everyone doesn't have one, just in case. My only complaint, even though it was a great price, is that it will not write to the computer. I can clear codes, but I can't program a key. I think this is something they should include, "FYI, you can do all these things we say, but don't try to reprogram a key fob". That costs an extra $100

Impressive. It gives you a QR code to obtain the OBD program software. Take a cellphone picture of the code then hit Goggle Lens. The app was loaded in seconds. Had this done and working in car in 15 minutes. Make sure phone bluetooth is on. Pretty impressive. I was able to see engine data, fault codes and erase them. It is also pretty powerful with I/M monitors and mode 6/8 for which I have no clue what these mean. Not advanced but equal to low level scanners. Also has some other features I have not seen before like the dash board speedometer and some performance data I did not use. Like it so well ordering another. Only criticism is there is very minimal documentation and that is just to set it up, but not teach you how to use it. For the money a good buy, recommend.

I needed to program my Jeep key and, if one wants to do that with only 1 key (I lost one of the 2 I had), it needs to be done through the OBD interface. I lent my old (perfectly working) OBDII scanner with my son, and he was over 200 miles away, so I needed another one to do the job. I first purchased Foseal Wifi OBD2 Scanner, as it had pretty good reviews, but I could only connect to it with the Bluetooth from my phone (an Android). It would not connect to the app on my phone after that. I returned it and purchased the Panlong OBD2 Scanner Bluetooth OBDII Diagnostic Tool, another one that had pretty good reviews. It did the same thing - connected to the Bluetooth on the phone, but would not connect to the app. I thought, perhaps, this was due to a bad Bluetooth "chip" (some folks said that was the case with their Panlong), so I returned the scanner for a replacement. The replacement did the same thing. That is when I came to this reader. When I received this one, it connected to the Bluetooth on the phone and then connected to the app. I was able to program my new key, and now I am off and running! This is definitely the tool you want - let my painful journey be our wisdom.

I ordered this OBD2 scanner because my old code reader was outdated, and I wanted real-time data while working on my 2010 Escalade. I’ve always been a little skeptical of Bluetooth scanners, but within minutes of using this one, I was honestly wishing I had picked it up years ago. The setup and connectivity were incredibly fast and seamless. Once connected, I was blown away by how much information the app provides. Right away, it showed over 30 different live data points while the engine was running including pressures, fuel usage percentages, and more. When I ran a diagnostic scan, it walked me through every vehicle option I could think of. After selecting my vehicle, it clearly displayed the codes, explained what they meant, and even offered suggestions on possible causes and where to start looking. After making a few adjustments based on those suggestions, I cleared the codes with a single tap, and moments later the vehicle was ready for the next test. During test drives, the real-time data was extremely helpful. I could see exactly when a code triggered, at what speed, and under what conditions something my old scanner could never do. Another big plus is how easily this works across different vehicles. I’ve already swapped it between cars with no issues at all. Overall, this scanner is powerful, easy to use, and packed with features. I genuinely wish I had ordered it years ago. Highly recommend for anyone who works on their own vehicles or just wants better insight into what’s going on under the hood.

Purchased as a gift since the "check engine" light deters the command start from working. This allows all engine codes to be cleared from inside and allow the command start to work again!

Easy, plug it in, download the app, start the car and it scans and diagnoses as advertised. I've used it a 2016 Honda CRV and a 2018 Camry Hybrid SE perfectly. Explains any fault code and offers suggestions and the ability to reset.

This thing is pretty awesome! It's gives a lot of details, and you can save the info as a PDF. Gives real time data as you drive if you want. Diagnostics, and will clear codes for you. For the price how well it works, and how much info comes with the app is insane.
