I love these probiotics. They do seem to curb my appetite as well as make my gut feel better.The capsules are easy to swallow, and I just take them with water.Anything that has a good effect on my gut is also good for joint health.The addition of chicory ensures the probiotics have an active source of food, and that is important for the effectiveness of the product.

Excellent probiotics to assist my GLP-1 weight loss journey. It has corrected a GI side effect that a different supplememt was barely addressing. Great value IMO. Tasteless and odor free capsules.

It has been a real help to me in terms of digestive issues and appetite regulation. It is well tolerated with no side effects for me. I will buy it again.

Ehhh wouldn’t buy again

I haven’t seen any results as far as weight loss. I take one a day for about a week or so now. No weird side effect or stomach issues. I plan on finishing the supple and do another review.

My doctor told me to do this in combination with my trazepatide shots. He said it was excellent, a must-have addition to my weight loss journey. So I did so for several months (I went through 2 whole bottles), and I lost weight.But money got tight when I needed to reorder, so I figured I would hold off for a month to see how I did without it.I discovered that I am losing weight at the same rate as when I was using these capsules, and I have not found any difference in the side effects from the shots.So my only conclusion is that they really didn't do anything.Now I do have friends that swear by them, so perhaps it was just me? My doctor is surprised, saying that his other patients swore by them. Perhaps my regular probiotic I took along with them may have done something to this product? I have no idea.In any case, it didn't hurt me, so there's always that.Your milage may vary.

I have been taking these Appitite Control probiotics for about 2 weeks now and I have lost 3.5 lbs. I haven't changed what I eat but I feel full on less food. I like that you only have to take one a day and they are not to big so easy to swallow. I was taking a different brand previously and it was working too but the price was more for fewer pills. These pills contain the crucial ingredients to be effective. 1. Akkermansia muciniphila 2. Clostridium butyricum 3. Bifidobacterium infantis. Also these contain a PRE-Biotic, chicory inulin to give these probiotics something to eat so they can multiply in your gut. This is a high quality product. It works and it is very well priced compared to many others. There is no taste or smell to these capsules and as I said I take one a day. I noticed about 2-3 days after I started to take them regularly (without forgetting) that I was not craving sweets as much as I normally do but even if I did have something like ice cream or cookies I didn't NEED to go back for a second bowl or have a third or fourth cookie! I was OKAY with Stopping after ONE serving, instead of eating until I made myself feel bloated. This has helped me in more ways than just losing weight. It has given me my dignity back. I truly recommend this product.

I have been using this for a few months now and I love it. For me it worked very fast. I sleep better and definitely a difference in bowel movements. It has helped with cravings and it has helped with some weight loss. But I had to also put in the time with workouts. I was using a probiotic before but this is way better. Everyone is different, so you have to keep searching for the right one that works with your body.
