Good quality great tasting seasoning
This a secret ingredient that I just adore. I discovered Umami paste in Waitrose and tho normally no fan of anchovies I really got a taste for it. I went on Amazon searching for it and whilst I didn't find a paste I found this instead. It's even better. I can and do add this to loads of my cooking especially home made soup. It adds a delicious flavour that doesnt taste fishy just yummy. The paste is a mixture of cheese and anchovies so its strong. This is a lot more versatile in its use. Combined with red and black peppercorns and Mediterranean flower salt, these are my must have for all and every savoury.

Gives that extra flavour to any dish.
I normally use Umami paste but I actually find this better, it does add an extra level of flavour to many dishes such as sauces, stews etc.
