Originally released in 2019, featuring the singles ‘Nina Cried Power’, ‘Movement’ and ‘Almost (Sweet Music)’, the album has gone on to be certified Platinum in Canada and Gold in multiple territories. This expanded edition includes the original album, b-sides, acoustic version of ‘Be’ + brand new song ‘Why Would You Be Loved’.

This isn't Wasteland, Baby!
I'm a little upset and honestly a little peeved that I bought this album and had it replaced already. Something is either wrong with the facility but instead of Wasteland, Baby! by Hozier, I received an album from a band from the 70s called Boston. If this happened once, I would have been like "oh, silly mistake! Things like this happen!" But it's also happened with the replacement. There is a product sticker on the protective cardboard that says it's the Boston album, but slapped on top of that product sticker is the Wasteland, Baby! product sticker. I have to now make a second return and instead ask for my money back and just hope I find this vinyl in person later. I hope this stops soon for others who just want this particular album because I'm pretty annoyed to be completely honest. The one star is not for the album itself, I love Hozier and I love his music so much, and I love this particular album, which is kind of the reason I ordered a physical copy.

The first song skips
I was SO EXCITED for this record specifically for Nina Cried Power but as I turned it on, the song skipped for the first 30 seconds or so and the last minute or so. After further inspection I see a long skinny scratch on the vinyl. Returning 👎🏼
