Really relaxing without the caffeine. Works as well or better than chamomile for me. And I bought it for the health benefits of green tea, not to fall asleep. I just make sure to drink it when I know I have time to do nothing for a while. When I'm truly busy, I get up and it keeps me focused and more productive and relaxed at the same time.

This is my favorite tea .. great taste , always fresh .. I add lemon and honey .. great value .. I ordered some for my sis too

Good tea. As good as any other. However out of all the teas I’ve tried, Lipton is the only one where each tea bag is NOT individually wrapped. Not only that, the sleeves the bags come in is not resealable. Once you open the sleeve all the tea bags are out in the open. If you go week or a month without drinking it your going have a bunch of stale tea bags. Just for this reason I won’t buy it again. Take a hint Lipton !

I sadly was diagnosed with afib so caffeine is out for me. This decaf tea is a life saver so that I can still enjoy my iced tea but without heart issues. I put four of these bags in a large pitcher and make fridge cold brew iced tea. Very good and no caffeine.

For some weird reason, I tend to get tired of various flavors and such. Water isn't that flavorful, and around my parts, it can actually taste kind of funky because it's pretty hard water to begin with. Needing to cut way down on caffeine due to sleep and other issues, I switched from loose leaf green tea to this.This stuff I can drink all the time, day in, day out, and never get tired of the flavor. My "cup" is a 34 ounce tankard. I typically have 4-5 cups/day depending on the temperature and humidity. That means I buy in bulk. This has bulk with 240 bags per order (40 per box).Hot or cold, it hits my hydration spot.It's not complicated, and if you like green tea, I couldn't tell this stuff from the loose leaf I used to drink. And it being in bags means a lot less fiddling with tea accessories. Add honey if you want some natural sweetener or stevia if you're into the semi-natural. It doesn't take much of rather to do do the trick.I'd definitely recommend this to a friend, as long as they're the kind who aren't into the tea fiddling thing.Since it checked every box, 5 stars.
