This product claims to be 100% pure Raspberry Ketones which would mean no added fillers. Other ingredients are calcium carbonate and magnesium. One of these ingredients causes me to have headaches. I'm going to report this to the Better Business Bureau. I would rate this below zero but I don't have that option.

I have tried Garcina Cambogia with no luck. No results at all. But with the raspberry ketone, I've seen a pretty quick difference. I'm a 34 mother of three who has always been small framed and pretty fit, but since my last child, a full time career, and staying busy, I've gotten a little flabby in my tummy area. So I should say that I don't have much to lose but so far, in just one month, I'm down 9 lbs. I have started eating clean as much as possible (I do cheat some) and have kicked up my exercise and added more cardio (taking two "15 min cardio" breaks each day at the office) plus taking this Raspberry Keytones. So with all that being said, not really sure which truly helped with the weight loss or if it was the combination, but I'm happy with this product. Does make me feel a tad nauseous taking it on an empty stomach but that goes away once I eat.

I cut fats and carbs along with taking this and nothing...no weight loss I do not recommend this to anyone. waste of money!
