Coconut Flour - 16 oz Resealable Bag

This is nice coconut flour for baking lo-carb dishes. It does taste like coconut, which I really like. The package is kind of small. The recipe I used it in used almost half of the package! So, it's not very practical as far as size goes. But, the taste is great!

This coconut flour is wonderful-a nice smooth texture and at a great price!! Coconut flour is the bomb for lo-carb baking, and you only have to use a fraction of what you would normally use in a comparable wheat-based recipe.
