Headphones, TL200M Mono Telecom

The quality of the headphones is OK in most respects but poorly designed. I regret making this purchase. The cord is way too short. I keep jerking my desk phone off of my desk. The headphones really do not fit on my head correctly and the ear cushion is actually on the top of my left ear rather than sitting comfortably on my ear or else the set falls off of my head. Also, it is only a matter of time before the mute switch fails. It feels cheap so I don't use it. The sound quality is also a problem. I have many conference calls every day and frequently I told that I can not be heard. The bottom line is I wish I had paid more for a better quality headset. This is the second telecom headphones I have purchased. The first was a $16.00 Plantronics set also cheap. This Able Planet set promised to be a good value for the money but this is not true. This is clearly a case of you get what you pay for. I can't wait for this set to give it up and I will break down and spend the money I should have to begin with. As it turns out I am about $75.00 in to two headsets that just don't cut it.
