Made To Fit Electrolux Super J Hose

Got this to replace the broken hose on our Silverado. It has the on/off switch in the handle for the power head, and the hose swivels in the handle end. Fit just as the old one and works perfectly.

I got this hose to replace the original hose that came with the vacuum when my parents bought it 30 years ago. Before I tell you about the hose let me tell you about this Electrolux vacuum. It is by far the best I have ever used, even compared to a dyson or shark. I have owned both. And hands down Electrolux is the best. Don't waste your money. Get an Electrolux!!! After 30 years of use and abuse, this thing still works like the first day my parents bought it from a door to door sales man. Both the dyson and the shark did not make it past the first year of use. Ok, on to the hose. The hose I got is equally as good as the original. It actually has an extra option of turning the brush motor off at the handle so you don't have to bend down to shut it off when going from carpet to bare floor or vise versea. It is also not as stiff as the original. The original was of a plastic braided type material. Which took a lot of corner beating when we used the vacuum as kids. (My siblings and I did chores as kids). This one is more of a plastic outer. But it still feels sturdy and durable. I am very happy with this product. I would definitely recommend and buy it again if I had to. I doubt it though. These Electrolux products are made to last. 30 years people....... 30 years. That's how long this Electrolux has lasted.

My Electrolux is back in operation again! Almost 50 years old, and works better than the 2 year old Bissell whose motor died.

Vacuum repairs are expensive, but I have a classic old Electrolux canister & you can't beat the suction!This replacement part was just "plug and play" easy and provides the power nozzle with continuous exceptional power.Thank you!!

Received the GoVacuum Hose (not a Electrolux hose) and inserted into my canister vacuum. When I tried to released the hose from the my vacuum, it would not release. I called Vacuum Unlimited and GoVacuum for help but was told I would have to bring to their store/location in Virginia. I then tried to attach the step cleaner to the hose and the hose attachment would not fit the Electrolux step cleaner. I now have to find someone to take my cleaner apart to release the GoVacuum hose!

I have an old Electrolux vacuum from 1981 and it just wasn't working well at all. I took it apart and checked that there was no internal obstructions and everything seemed fine. I cleaned out my old hose with my ship vac and a long 1 X 1 stick. It worked better but not like it should. I then read a review on this hose (I believe it was this hose) and the reviewer said that it made his/her vacuum work like brand new. I figured it was worth a try so I bought this one. Let me just say: IT WORKS LIKE IT IS BRAND NEW!. I don't understand why cleaning out the old hose didn't fix the problem, but it was made of a fabric material and I am guessing is was all frayed inside and was causing my problem. One of my best purchases all year.
