The collar is comfortable - it gives good support. I ordered large as I had previously ordered ( from a different company ) a medium .I am not a large lady but the fit was good for me. I like that it has a removable fabric cover which can be washed

Spot on for my spondolitis. My neck still has enough movement so I can twist round to look over my shoulder when driving.
