A gem to be admired
Do you like Zelda?Do you like shovel-loads of shameless fan service? Then this is the game for you. This game is NOT to be taken seriously as a Zelda title. It's a fun spin off that is jam packed with "woah, cool!" and "I get that reference!" moments, with mindless violence that's easy to play. The Switch version looks just as good as the Wii U version did, but I would say the framerate is less than consistent. It tries to reach a higher framerate in docked mode but it simply cannot handle everything that's going on on the screen at once, so accept 30fps as a baseline and treat everything else like a bonus - if this is a deal breaker, I wouldn't buy it. Although, if it's a dealbreaker, you probably hate the Switch as it is.In addition, there is SO MUCH GAME IN THIS GAME. With all the medals and collectibles and missions and modes, you're looking at a huge game, at what is in my opinion a good price. Hell, I've heard completing the whole thing can take you upwards of 200 hours. Great if you're expecting to go on a long haul flight or having a long time off from work or school.

Endless missions!
I had this game for the WiiU. It gave me tons of hours of fun. It was quite a challenge to complete the adventure mode. Well, guess what? This edition has like 10 different stages for the adventure mode. That... Is... A LOT!!!I remember spending hours and hours trying to complete the ONLY adventure mode map available without the DLCs. This one has 9 more!!The legend mode is also extended, with side stories for the bad guys and for the new characters, like Linkle.I feel they included more maps and missions, but made it easier to get gold ranks. From what I remember from WiiU's version, it was harder to get the gold medals.Anyway. Great game for Zelda fans out there! I totally recommend it.

Good game, but certainly not worth the price
The game runs brilliantly at 60fps with hardly any drops whatsoever. This brilliant piece of Zelda fan service is fun, high energy and extremely satisfying slicing through massive hordes of monsters. Only problem I have is the pricetag.

Lots of fun
This game is great - not a traditional Zelda in any sense, though. If you're a fan of Dynasty Warriors series, then you'll feel right at home with this game. The little touches they added from the Zelda franchise are smoothly done (for instance, having to throw bombs in the King Dodongo bosses mouth to defeat him etc) and I was very impressed at how well they've transferred the Zelda characters into a Dynasty Warriors game. This game has plenty of content to keep you occupied (at the time of writing this I think I'm at around 400 hours play time and still not finished everything) and on the whole I found this to be an entirely enjoyable experience.

If you love Dynasty Warriors and LoZelda just buy it.
The amiibos work great too, 5 per day and you get items or weapons. I believe it depends on game progress, but I digress. This is just brilliant, playing all the characters from Zelda and mashing all your enemies to bits is amazing. There are minigames, playing as giant Gannon to wreck thousands of enemies so just so much fun.

New to Zelda
I really love it. Very nice game along with the second one, age of calamity. I am new to Nintendo and really loving their exclusive console games so far.

Fantastic game for Zelda and Dynasty Warriors fans
I've played this game previously on the 3DS, and even then the game played well and looked amazing. Now playing this on the Switch with DLC content that I didn't purchase for the 3DS is also amazing. The game looks amazing whether you're playing on the TV or the Switch's screen. If you're a fan of Zelda and/or Dynasty Warriors, this is a great purchase.
