Dated Elementary Student Planner for Academic Year 2018-2019 (Matrix Style - 8.5"x11" - Red Globe Cover) - Bonus Ruler/Bookmark and Planning Stickers

I am a retired public school teacher who is now raising and homeschooling my special needs granddaughter. I have struggled with getting her to work independently, however, this planner has really helped with this! I write down all of the work to do in one day including activities, chores, etc and draw a check-off box next to it. She loves this and has thanked me many times for buying it! it meets both our needs! If your child is in school, you could still use this for homework, activities, chores, etc.

The planners were nice until we got to February! All of a sudden we are back in August 2018! This goes on until April. We lost all of march and most of February. I'm upset because I ordered this in September 2018 and had no idea until now.

This is perfect for my busy homeschooled 4th grader. He loves the stickers to add to his schedules. It's great to have the "words of the week" feature on the side, though I wish there was also a "This weeks' goals" box like they have in the middle school planner. I also wish there was a little bit more room for the weekend days because kids' weekends are always so full! Despite these small complaints, we will be buying this planner every year. It's great.

This was PERFECT for logging our homeschool work. Per GA law, we have to keep records of our daily work and logs of our grading system and report cards. This daily log has been super helpful. At the bottom of each day we have a space for "Teacher Notes" and a spot for "Parent Notes" LOL we're both of those things ... we use that space to put what school day we are on so that when we reach 180 days our school year is over. That helps us focus and stay on track.

I bought this planner for my son who just started Middle School (6th grade) and came home complaining that he was getting confused about his assignments because he was writing things down on note cards. He informed me that previously the school had given each student a planner, but they were not doing so this year. We quickly found this planner on Amazon Prime, which allowed us to get it quickly. My son loves the look (bright and colorful) and functionality. The format is easy to use with what seems like plenty of space for each class assignments each day. I also like the whole month pages, which allows us to mark important dates. The construction is sturdy and appears able to stand up to an 11-year-old handling it every day, with repeated bouts of stuffing it into a full backpack. I like the additional features that include conversion tables, grammar facts, etc. Finally, the price was certainly right, especially compared to some similar ones I saw that were twice as expensive.

I love these planners! I homeschool my 5th grade son and this helps me keep him accountable and take ownership of his work. He likes knowing exactly how much he has to do and checking off the boxes when done. The planner itself is super easy to use, pretty durable, and I like the little helpful charts it has in the beginning. Definitely recommend this one!

2 of my children use this. I enjoy how the basic subject are already on it, and that there is room for them to write in their own subjects also. There is also room for weekly spelling lists and comments from teacher and parents. Kids love the bookmark and stickers.
