I've historically been a DJI fan, but the features of this gimbal made me take the leap of faith. Im glad I did. It works great with my Samsung S25 Ultra. I record video content with the gimbal and phone, and it does a fantastic job. The AI tracking module does a good job, but does take a minute to fully comprehend how to setup. The fill lights are a game changer, I dont think I could go back to even the newest DJI mobile model after using this.

As this is my first gimbal I hesitate to review the gimal on other than physical quality. it is well made and the controls are logical. In my limied use i've found it to work as designed. The videos are stable and it tracks the subject well. As for full funcionality I need time to learn to use the functions through experience and trial and error.

What can I say? Great 'Just In Time' quality service of an unquestionably professional top of the tier industry grade product. Wow! I just bought the Zhiyun Extension Pole too. That's how impressed I am. Such great manufacturing quality, design superiority, ease of operability and repeatable quality of operation. Kudos to Zhiyun Tech Manufacturing, Zhiyun Tech Store and Amazon.

complicated in use ,i must use the program with it , i have higher than the specifications of the program in terms of camera performance , some of features in program you must pay , i did not like the device and it is not practical for me.

While filming, my gimbal occasionally vibrates uncontrollably (see attached recording), and the vortex mode only makes the phone tilt upward instead of functioning as expected. I suspect the unit I received might be defective. Rather than going through the hassle of a replacement, I've decided to return it and explore other brands.

To start off with, the counter balance just beeps whenever its in need of assistance getting the weight sorted out, then it turns off - which can make it seem as if the product lost battery when it didn't. As well, the "AI" tracking module isn't very efficient, using quite a lot of battery when in my opinion it would've been better off an individually powered unit with a USB C for charging, or charging built into the carrying case for a bit more money. As well both this, the charging speed and the supported weight are all better on the Hohem competition - but I picked this unit for its better reliability, even if only by a margin. It's taken a lot to get used to, and improvements such as the aforementioned or increasing motor speed would help tremendously with a future unit, but I'd say it was a good investment - at least while it's still functioning. Fingers crossed mine doesn't end up like some other reviews have indicated for the price.
