I brewed one gallon just fine. The temp strip is a must and works just fine, just shine a light on it to help read the temp. The PH strips worked just fine, just fine.

Cant complain at all about the kit. I used old kombucha bottles from store bought drinks for the final product. It worked pretty well, I had to get a heating pad as well to keep the process going fast enough for there not to be any issues though. (I keep the house pretty cold, so if you do too then go straight for the heating pad and save yourself some time and potential headache if your batch goes bad)
