Good Product!
I have been using this product off and on for 15 or more years. However, not for a year or two. I recently ordered the Vanilla and the Chocolate individual packages but purchased as a combo order. Same great product BUT BUT SMALLER PRODUCT PACKAGE....I think they call that SRINKAGE!

These are really tasty with no aftertaste. A bit on the pricey side though.
QUICK LOOK: I've been incorporating these HMR meal replacement mixes into my routine for the past few weeks, and while the quality and versatility are genuinely solid, the price point gives me pause when stacked against comparable options on the market. These packets run over three dollars each, essentially double what you'd pay for similar premixed alternatives, which feels steep for what you're getting. That said, the dual functionality is convenient since you can transform the same powder into either a blended shake or a thick pudding depending on your water ratio and preparation method. I've sampled both the chocolate and vanilla varieties as shakes, and flavor-wise they're legitimately enjoyable with vanilla edging ahead as my personal favorite. The 15 grams of protein per serving does a respectable job curbing my appetite through mid-morning, making it a functional breakfast supplement. If the pricing were more competitive, this would be an easy recommendation, but as it stands, you're paying a premium for the format flexibility. THE GOOD STUFF: - Pleasant taste in both chocolate and vanilla flavors with no artificial aftertaste - Versatile preparation options allow for shake or pudding consistency from same packet - Simple mixing process requires only water, ice, and blender for shakes - Smooth texture when prepared as shake with no detectable grittiness - 15 grams of protein per packet provides solid satiety between meals - Effective appetite control helps bridge gap to next meal - Packaging arrives intact with secure plastic-wrapped boxes preventing spillage - Individual packets are well-sealed and durable construction - Functions well as part of weight management strategy THE NOT SO GOOD STUFF: - Premium pricing at over $3 per packet, roughly double the cost of premixed competitor shakes - Pudding consistency shows minor textural irregularities compared to traditional puddings (though not unpleasant) - Value proposition doesn't align with cost differential versus alternatives

Diet Shakes
I have used this system before and did lose weight. If it’s the first time a class through a medical facility may be best.

Tasty and Effective
The HMR 70 Plus Vanilla + Chocolate Shake & Pudding Mix COMBO is a low-calorie, lactose-free meal replacement that’s designed to be easy to mix and filling enough to replace a regular meal. Each serving is around 110 calories, which makes it a good option for anyone following a structured weight-loss plan because it keeps overall calories low while still being satisfying. Even though it’s lactose-free, it does include milk-derived proteins like calcium caseinate and egg white solids, so anyone with a severe milk allergy should check the label before trying it. When it comes to weight loss, this combo is effective because it delivers 15 grams of protein per serving. That amount of protein helps keep you full longer, slows digestion, and can reduce the temptation to snack between meals. It’s also beneficial for maintaining muscle mass while cutting calories. The shakes are low in sugar and fat, which further supports weight management as long as you balance your other meals throughout the day. Taste and texture are generally fine for a meal replacement, with vanilla and chocolate flavors that aren’t overpowering. The consistency is smoother and a bit thicker than typical protein powders when mixed with water. Some people prefer to blend it with ice or fruit for extra flavor or to improve texture. A few users notice that the artificial sweeteners can sometimes taste slightly off if you drink it plain, while others appreciate having a sweet, low-calorie option without adding extra sugar. Mixing thoroughly and chilling the shake tends to make it taste better, since warm shakes can feel a bit powdery or grainy. The protein content is solid compared with other meal replacements. Fifteen grams per 110-calorie serving is higher than many basic shakes, making it a reliable option if you want to maintain muscle while losing weight. It may not be the highest protein option out there, but it’s more than enough for most people using it as part of a calorie-controlled plan. In terms of quality, HMR has a reputation for creating products geared toward structured weight-loss programs. The mix includes minerals like calcium and potassium, which round out the nutrition a bit, even though it’s not a complete vitamin and mineral source. The combination of milk proteins and egg whites provides all the essential amino acids, which helps with satiety and overall nutrition. It’s a processed product, but for a meal replacement, it’s solid quality. As for value for money, the combo pack is reasonably priced compared with similar meal replacement products. Buying both flavors together can be more cost-efficient than purchasing them separately, and it offers some variety without breaking the budget. If you consistently use these shakes to replace higher-calorie meals, it’s a good way to manage costs while sticking to a weight-loss plan. Overall, this combo delivers good protein in a low-calorie, lactose-free format, is convenient for weight management, and has flavors that most people find acceptable. The quality is reliable for a processed meal replacement, and it’s a solid option if you want variety without paying extra for separate packs. It provides decent value for money when used consistently as part of a structured plan.

Packets come torn open
These are the best protein shakes! But Everytime I buy them at least 1, but usually 3-5, of the packets are torn and protein powder is all over. I'm so disappointed. They are too expensive to lose up to 5 shakes each time. I cancelled my subscription.

High in protein
The vanilla shake and protein powders are good for meal replacements. I have not used them for weight loss, only for being lazy or too tired to make a meal. The recommendation is to use this as part of a diet plan. HMR has a website that you can go to to get information on the diet plan. You should also see your own doctor prior to using the plan to see if it is good for you personally. I prefer these as a pudding because I psych myself into thinking I'm getting a dessert instead of diet food. The pudding mixes up quickly and I don't have to cook or refrigerant it when I'm ready to eat. They do have a mild sweetener aftertaste, but I got used to it enough that it did not discourage me. I didn't like it as much in a shake, but adding peanut butter powder took it to the next level. The 15 grams of protein helps keep hunger at bay when I'm looking for a quick bite. While I like the product, the price is definitely a hindrance to purchase this on a regular basis.

A convenient, low-calorie, high-protein shake or pudding option that tastes great
I recently tried the HMR 70 Plus Vanilla + Chocolate Shake & Pudding Mix Combo, and I’m really happy with it! It’s become my go-to for a quick meal replacement. With just 110 calories per serving, it’s a smart choice, and it has 15 grams of protein, which keeps me feeling full and satisfied. The vanilla and chocolate flavors are smooth and sweet, and the creamy texture makes it feel like a treat. What I love most is how easy it is to use. The individual packets are super convenient, whether I’m at home, in the office, or traveling. I simply mix the powder with water and ice for a thick shake, or I add water to whip up a rich pudding. The high protein content helps me stick to my weight management goals, which is a big plus. I also enjoy customizing the mix to fit my taste. I can blend it with fresh or frozen fruit, add a splash of vanilla extract, or even mix in some instant coffee or nut butter for a more indulgent shake, all without piling on too many calories. The combo pack is really practical; it works great for a quick breakfast, a post-workout snack, or a light meal replacement that still tastes fantastic. Overall, the HMR 70 Plus shake and pudding mix is a convenient and tasty option for anyone looking for a simple, low-calorie meal alternative that doesn't skimp on flavor or texture.
