Picture on canvas - framed - Ancient Map 1646 World - World Map - Geographical Map - 70x100 cm - Thickness 2 cm

I am trying to return the product I received as the print was crooked on the canvas (the gap was bigger above the picture and to the right also) and there was some rippling in the bottom right of the canvas. I was told to return via post office but PO won't accept the parcel in its original packaging as it's too big and I can't get hold of anyone to see how I can now return it - absolutely ridiculous service and poor product.
