Useless piece of junk.
Sold as a means to add micro sd-card data to an iPad/iPhone without the need of any interfacing app or driver, when I plugged it into either device with an sd card in it, a message came up to the effect of excessive current drain by the device from the I- battery

Why didn't I get one of these before? This is a must have for anyone that is using a digital camera and wants to upload your photos to your IOS or MacOs device easily and efficiently. Don't struggle with format issues, don't worry about having to first download you photos to a laptop or desktop, only to then have to use additional software to send you photos/videos, or just feel the frustration of not having the correct file format to use your photos. This is a must have device that will make the transfer of photos from a no-IOS device to an IOS device easy and efficient.

Works perfectly!
This is one of the best accessory purchases I’ve made! I plug it into my iPad Pro, insert my SD card from my canon 70D and my iPad Pro automatically recognizes it. I bought this because I do most of my photo editing on my iPad and for whatever reason, Canon has disabled transferring raw images via WiFi. Now I no longer am forced to transfer images to my MacBook and then transfer them to my iPad for on the go editing. Such a time saver and a great solution!

Easy transfer
This worked as easy as described. Is exactly what I need for my upcoming trip through Europe. Did not want to bring laptop and now will be able to copy selected photos to iPhone/iPad with ease while keeping any or all original files for later transfer. I have not yet tested RAW photo transfer. If I encounter any problems in the next month I will write update.

Packing Saver!
Used this in Japan when I was traveling light and couldn't bring my laptop or external hard drive. It transferred photos amazingly. I used a 64gb sd card and it uploaded quickly to my phone and in good quality.I would recommend clearing some photos every once in a while though, as it loads a preview of every photo and that can take a while with a larger card.
