Extremely high quality. Great value, would buy again.
I'm Extremely impressed by this product. As of this review, i purchased it for $49.99 for the 26"-42" size and it's worth every penny. When you buy these types of product, you never know if you're getting a very cheaply made product or not, but this TV mount is VERY well made and I wouldn't hesitate to buy again.Quality:Build quality is very good. Steel is very thick gauge and solid. Hinges and joints are very strong and movement is NOT sloppy. It comes in only 4 pieces! (and you may not even use 2 of the 4 pieces which are the 2 additional VESA plates to adapt to your TV if needed).Mounting:SO simple. The instructions are very clear and straight forward. Just mount the vertical wall mount using 3 heavy duty bolts included. Bolt mount to the TV and hang on the wall mounted portion--done. The instructions were clearly written with no broken english! The only downside? As you can guess by the hinge mechanism, it's a bit hard to mount in the EXACT spot you want the TV to rest in. Because it's a single-hinge design, when the mount is folded flat, your TV is offset from the mount (the mount does not sit on the centerline of the TV). But it's not impossible to figure out exactly where your TV will lay, you just need to measure how far off center the wall mount is and compensate.I'd definitely buy this again.

This Wall Bracket is Worth the Money
It's a pleasure working with well designed and built products. This is the second time I have purchased this bracket and I'm still amazed on how well it is packaged and how precise the installation instructions are.The big advantage of this bracket for my purpose is the ability to center the TV. Both of my TV's needed to be centered, one between two windows and the other in a fixed space within a built-in cabinet. I purchased a cheaper bracket which seemed ok but it became apparent that there was little provision for centering the TV once it was installed. The position of the bracket and TV was mostly determined by the location of wall studs. So I had to return it and I gladly paid the extra money for this bracket. In both of my installations the wall studs were not conveniently centered but this bracket has enough lateral adjustment for me to precisely center the TV's in both cases.

Built like a truck
Got this for a great pre-order price for $98. It was at my door in 8 days. I was told it would be 6 to 8 weeks. What a steal. How about that Amazon! It took several hours to set it up but it is well worth the effort and noting about it is difficult. I did take frequent breaks. The bracket weighs much more than the TV. The box is very heavy. You will need two people to set TV with mount attached to the wall bracket mount. It just slides right on with no effort other than lifting. Two small bolts lock it down to the wall mounting plate. It has no trouble holding up my 40" Sony. I got this big monster because I will swap the Sony out for a 59" Samsung next fall. I just don't see the Sanus having a problem holding it. The four lags drilled into the wall studs would hold up 500lbs with ease. The swing out feature is very nice. It makes it very easy in plugging in the wiring. It also helps when I lay on the sofa off to the side of the set. I would sure recommend it to a friend.

Works well with minor problems.
I bought a cheaper Sanus model from Walmart and the horizontal tilt was bad. Sanus said to return it so I did and got my $ back. I've been using this mount for over a year.Go this and mounted it. I have a Samsung 55" LED TV and none of the supplied mounting bolts fit my TV. Rather than waiting for Sanus to send other bolts I bought some at local Home Depot. I found the directions sparse and I needed to study them and the back of my TV before installing.I couldn't put the other mount where I wanted it versus where the studs are so I used a 3/4" piece of plywood as a mounting adapter.Use 5/16" lag bolts to mount the plywood. I also set several sets of T-nuts at appropriate intervals in the plywood so I could change the height without drilling so many holes into the wall. When I got this mount; it fit my mounting adapter well. With this mount I may not have needed the plywood adapter. I used 5/16 x ~1" bolts to bolt the bracket to my plywood adapter. For others where the wall studs aren't quite where you need them to mount the wall plate, I'd try getting some punched angle iron available at hardware stores, etc. and lagging that across three studs, then bolting the mounting plate to those irons. I not sure just what thickness & size you need; take the mounting bracket to the store and talk to the staff. With this mount; the back arm is shorter than the curved front arm so the base if the arms are off center on the plate for the TV to be where I wanted it. Also when I move the TV around sometimes the mount shifts in the wall base so the TV is tilted so I carefully push the mount up on one edge to re-level my TV. A minor drawback.Even though my TV weights only 35 pounds, lifting and attaching the TV with arms attached was awkward for me and a friend. One up it has stayed up.Other points -- as you attach the mount notice what access you have to the TV's back panel connections. Also the supplied dodads for routing the cables couldn't carry the weight of all the cables. I went to hook & loop ties and beaded ties to route the cables. Cables bunched together restrict how close the TV can be to the wall.

Great Solution for Locating TV in Tight Spaces
I am very impressed with this product. It is thoughtfully designed and is skillfully manufactured. It installed easily (the installation video at Sanus helped a lot!) Using this device made it possible to place a TV in a space where no cabinet could fit (unless it was custom made). This is my first time using this type of product. It turned out to be a perfect solution for a difficult problem. The price was affordable. The product was properly packaged; all the needed parts were present in the container.

Does what it says on the tin...
I have this wall mount on a 32" Sony Bravia in the kitchen. I was not concerned about it being low profile but needed it to be as flexible as possible. It is definitely the latter - easy to re-position and stays where you put it. When folded back to the wall it does not lie very flush but then I can't see how a low profile full motion mount could possibly be engineered. So you always have to make a choice, decide what you need the most and accept the limitations of that choice. The mount was easy enough to install and the cable management system works well, though I only have an aerial and power lead connected - in the kitchen I don;t need to connect any other devices. So - full marks for doing very well what it promises to do.

Wow! Solid, effective, easy to use.
It may not look it from the pictures, but this wall mount is heavy! Pretty much solid metal it weighs almost as much as the TV that hangs it (and at 55", that's saying something), but once screwed into the wall it's easy to mount to the TV and then onto the wall. After that, moving, correcting and adjusting are all very easy to do with the lightest of touches.Yes, it's expensive, but this will last and will easily support pretty much any TV. If you value what you're hanging, there really is no other choice.

Amazing bracket from great company
I have a new Sony 55inch and was looking for something that could swing, swivel, tilt, with future adjustments possible. Don't buy a cheap bracket when you've probably invested so much in your home cinema system. I didn't have to second guess this bracket, it's build and weight is a lot more sturdier and stronger than cheaper brackets (£15-£30, even to £100) and has more features than many other brackets. It can extend and swivel out for other people watching from other angles, it can tilt up or down if need be to avoid reflections and best of all it has a Post-Install Adjustment so if other things don't sit level in the room (eg the mantlepiece below or if it finally sits a few degrees wonk) you can still ensure your TV is perfectly level on the wall using the mount’s horizontal change.Don't listen to the cheapskates making out their cheap bargain was a victory over those spending more on expensive brackets as I almost did this and am so happy that I didn't. Sanus also have a great website and customer service as I called up to enquire about wall plugs, which was all that was missing from the box, but saying that, it came with every other screw, washer, bolt, nut, spacer and more than you need to make sure it fits whatever TV you have, even irregular backed TVs.The only bad points is that its no longer on their Sanus site, so their height finder app doesn't have info for this model. Also, this bracket doesn't have a spirit level built in - but if you are putting it up, you are probably someone like me who knows what they are doing and owns multiple spirit levels. Don't attempt it as an ambitious amateur, you'll probably break your TV, wall and arms. Saying that, it is a little heavy but even a lighter pair of helping hands will be enough, to lift and hold it. I installed it above the fireplace into brick but it will easily fit on a timber beam well and has a good wall plate that should fit most distances.A great bracket that I am so happy I bought as this brand isn't on the high street and beats other similarly priced brackets for ease of use, design and installation.

Finger weg.
