**UPDATE*** These lights looked pretty as per the review I originally submitted. But they only lasted one summer. I’ve changed the batteries etc. Unfortunately out of all these lights, there are are about three which are desperately trying to show a glimmer of light but are failing. Such a shame that they look lovely when I first purchased but they really aren’t built to last.Great product, easy to use and adds a lovely bit of atmospheric lighting. If you're expecting full on beaming lights - this perhaps isn't for you. I would look for electric lights. But if your expectations are aligned with what solar panels lights can achieve, you'll be absolutely fine. We don't have electricity in the garden but wanted to add some atmosphere, these are perfect. There isn't an on/off switch on the back to automatically tell if you have 'turned them on' - therefore my recommendation is to press the button, cover the solar panel, if the lights come on, then they're on!The test will be to see if they survive the winter outside, fingers crossed they do!

When received the light, it is smaller than I expected and worry that not bright enough, tried to hang up just half day at the outdoor to charge and surprisingly it's so bright and last so long, might buy another one

I purchased 1 sets of these, looked ok so had 2 more. Small lights only lasted a couple of months. Changed batteries still stopped working. Emailed complaints but no response. If you want to give away money you would have more fun giving it to strangers in the street. Rubbish item should be taken off Amazon. Would give no stars or minus rate if possible.

Happy with them put them up along the shed roof and might I say, not bad.P.s. Needs a full day of charging though as for instance, if there wasn't enough sun out all day, the lights with fade out. Almost like an ombre of some bulbs off and some bulbs on during nightfall.UPDATE: After first year, half stopped working.After second, none of them work. Just looks like a glass garland on the sheds now.

Bulbs smaller than expected but still look great. Bulbs nice and heavy not plasticcy at all. Good warm glow. Button at back difficult to tell when on, had to wait until it was dark to tell it was switched on. Good length stretches over the two fence panels easily.

Gives off a really nice light. The solar panels are great and lights stay on all night. Definitely a good value purchase

Worked well up untill a brisk wind caused all the bulbs to fall off they are just push fit so not to much fuss to re fit, although upon Re fitting them I some how pulled the wire out of the next bulb so now have a half length of lights
