These resistance bands exceeded my expectations.These bands are quality. They don't roll up like the very thin elastic resistance bands. When used with the heavier muscles of the thighs and legs/feet that make​ all the difference. I am buying a second set. Great for stretching, balance, and resistance. I love these resistance bands. I bought it a couple days ago and use it just about for all my weight lifting exercises. It gives me the support I need and adds a little more resistance to my routine! I don't know why I didn't buy it sooner!!!!! And to add it really does stay in place ....no more having a slip and slide band! Saves me time to focus on my routine and not adjusting a band. Great buy!!!!!

material for the bands were great but one was so small and impossible for anyone in my family to use and they do heavy leg work but the other band still very hard but manageable

I take these to the gym with me & use during home workouts, as well. Great resistance but not so tight that you can’t use them. The added resistance is very beneficial with leg/glute work.

Great hip bands! Super tight and great for squats and hip thrusts. Very sturdy and provides the perfect amount of resistance. Seems to be well made.
