Bought these for my husband as his work boots can cause him pain when walking for long hours, he’s found great pain relief from them! He says they are comfortable and the quality feels great. His feet are now more supported so no more leg or knee pain! Thickness is fine as he said he hardly noticed they were in his shoes and don’t cause him any annoyance.

There okay but as an oldie i could have done with instructions. Didnt realise they had a sticky back until after id cursed alot for them not staying in place under thd heal

not what i was expecting, a bit let down but was desperate had to use, but looking for others, i hope i find them. these were just a stop gap

I did my research and found these. Took 3 trials but I finally worked out which ones suit my flat feet and are helping immensely. Highly recommend!

Not good and very uncomfortable when u put inside the heels or shoes

Works well. Doesn’t stick the best but has heavily reduced my foot pain.
