Easy to fit, stop your glasses sliding off.
On hot days working in the garden and you get a bit sweaty your specs can slip down your face. I kept pushing them back in place until one day they slipped off altogether and fell into a wheelbarrow full of bricks. Left a nasty scratch. I asked a few opticians nearby for solutions or suggestions but none could help, and they no longer sell glasses with curved earpieces like we used to have when we were kids. Only one optician mentioned 'sports straps', so I went a-hunting online and came across these. They work great! The rubber earpieces (sorry, silicon) go on easily and prevent my glasses from falling off. After a while I don't even notice they're there. I can't praise them enough. And, yes, I have got myself some new specs so fingers crossed no more scratches.
