Tablets are palatable, quite nice really but leading with 3000mg dose is deliberately misleading as each tablet is 500mg. An average rec dose of creatine is approx 5mg which would mean an eighteen day supply/bottle.Seller refunded unprompted ... impressive customer service to be fair

When I first ordered this creatine, it was £21.99. Just gone to order it again and it’s £25.99. Drop the prices this is a good product but definitely not worth nearly 30 quid

Waste of time and no chance they are 3000mg. Utter lies. You get more water retention in a shower

You have to swallow like six at a time it’s mad annoying

First time used this brand so wasn't really sure on the quality. Been using for 7 days the day before i started I trained shoulders so on BB shoulder press I failed at 70kg could not push out 1 rep now 7 days later same workout and push 3 reps out at 70kg to me that's a pritty big improvement and believe it is down to the creative. I take 3 in the morning and then 3 pre workout they taste amazing I chew mine and they taste like the sherbet lolly pops does increase your thirst throughout the day so be sure to take plenty of water on. Defiantly will be buying this again

I've used these for a few weeks now and I dont really approve of them. They tend to make my stomach feel funny which isn't want you need prior to exercising

Easier to take than flavourless powder. Still in the saturation stage so not got an opinion on results as of yet

Wish I hadn’t bought these. Terrible to chew and taste and very little effect. Stick to normal powders etc and not these
