Greatest cornmeal ever made.
This great quality cornmeal makes the best muffins and cornbread ever. It is great quality, texture and flavorful and great price. It is gluten free, stays very fresh, in the bag, and very versatile to use.

Meh, the big brands at the grocery store gave more flavor.
It was ok, but not the flavor quality I expected. I spent the extra money hoping for the quality stone ground flavor that I have gotten from small mills. Stone ground cornmeal usually has a wonderful flavor because of the varieties of corn that can be ground this way, as opposed to other methods. This just wasn’t it. I prefer grocery store cornmeal to this.

I grew up on this corn meal, it has been in my family for years. I use it for cornbread turkey stuffing, to eat with my vegetables.
