I first used a 6 in 1 device for the M1, this included a HDMI connection but using this to connect to a viewsonic VP2768, resulted in washed out colours & lack of clarity (looked blurred).This Display port adapter allowed the monitor to use RGB, to give a full colour range & expected sharpness.The problem appears to be that using HDMI, the monitor defaults to YCbCr (mac detects it as a TV).

I used this cable to connect my Dell Vostro 5510 to a dell monitor and it works fine. I can not comment on durability as only just started using it but the cable quality for the price is unbeatable. Easy to install and works fine.

Good product. You'll need a display port cable to go with this but this does the job and I am pleased with the purchase

Achieved 4K 60FPS on MacBook Air M1

When I updated my computer setup to add a second screen I needed an adapter to change my docks USB C thunderbolt port to connect with the new monitors display port input. This adapter made it clear in its listing that it could support high pixel displays so it’s future proof.

I don’t know if you can see it, my monitor get’s blurry when going for 240hz 1920x1080.

Lifesaver for working from home! Work provided me with a tiny usbc laptop, so it's great to actually be able to see what I'm doing on a larger screen. Relatively inexpensive too.

The media could not be loaded.  When you use it, first one minute is working, then the screen will flash. At the end, it will like my screen, it will not work, even it shows blue (working color). This is a really terrible product.
