Better don't exceed the double of the original weight.

Does the bar ever come apart accidentally?

The fly locking nuts do a pretty good job. They have a gasket, but does require frequent tightening. But overall works great!

Need to get new clamps to keep the weights in place. What size is the “weight” part of the bar?
