Pura Basin Clicker Waste Slotted

Slightly annoyed that this very nice waste comes with a plastic back nut. I ordered it specifically as it appears to have a brass one. I have now got to buy a brass nut so extra cost!30th March and no response from supplier! Poor.

These are neat design and work reasonably well apart from the fact that the plug does not lift very much which makes basin draining rather slow. Apart from that, these wastes are really good (bought 2 of them).

Very good product but as someone else said picture is misleading as the Nut shown as apparently made of brass is actually rubber - but does the job

as expected good quality

Had to use a bit of silicone on the bottom seal but other than that really pleased. Replaced the nasty lever thing that came with the tap

The item arrived promptly and appears to do the job but it is NOT a Pura basin waste (code CB100) available on Amazon and elsewhere, but at a considerably higher price. If you want the Pura product with a brass back nut then don't buy this.

It's ok but the mechanism is not as smooth as it could be. I returned it and bought City Plumbing's (same company as Travis Perkins) own brand Iflo which was twice the price but quite a bit better. I have looked at many clicker basin wastes & would say that the Iflo one is very good quality at a fair price. However it comes with a plastic nut which I replaced with a metal one for a couple of quid!

Have to downgrade because what we received is not the one shown i.e. the chrome domed top is not the one that completely covers the flange. All else appears the same. Fortunately I only needed the inner clicker mechanism to replace the one in our bathroom and this fitted perfectly so it was not an issue for me. Also the rubber seal will be a spare if we ever need to replace the one we have as that will fit too.
