My first time cutting plexi ...
I had some anxiety, cutting 36" of 1/4" plexi. So I clamped a straight edge on and scrape, scrape thrice. Then, SNAP, a beautiful edge, it worked perfectly.I was contemplating using a saw, but this cutter made it simple.Since then, I've cut several 1/8" pieces - with identical results.Price was good and all the usual quick delivery Amazon perks.No buyer's remorse. The right tool for the job and I'm glad I bought it.

Does the job
Considering the price, actually works pretty good. Comes with extra blades but only used one blade and it is still sharp. The cover over the blade storage compartment doesn’t like to stay on, but may just be operator error.

Buy extra blades.
Blade snapped on second cut. Cut was just ok, 10 or so passes worth of scoring, not a clean break.

Blade broke off
Don’t buy this one. The blade broke off after 10 mins almost hit my face.

It is what I wanted.

This did not arrive as promised.
There's no way to retract the blade. The blade wasn't even connected to the retracting device and I was able to pull it off without any effort.
