The big flap on the back is awkward to fasten, to get to all the zipper pockets underneath. I'm thinking about just cutting the flap off.

I simply LOVE THIS BAG!! The best part of this backpack is that it is already lightweight coming out the box - unlike many other bags. There are enough pockets available for me to store the items I need - just would have liked a few zipper pockets on the inside of the bag to be certain things wouldn't fall out.I am able to successfully drop my 13' MBP in the computer section, along with my iPad air. It was a bit tight on trying to add a small stack of papers (approx. 8 pages) to the section as well.I would definitely purchase this bag again. It's so nice and slim with the type of versatility provided in a single bag as a backpack and messenger bag.

This thing is so narrow and does not fit much of anything. My computer barely fits by itself and it is an HP 13-inch, very slender model. Also the straps are hard to adjust. Would not recommend.

Perfect commuter bag! It won't hold a ton, but it holds my power supply, a mouse, some post its, and some women's essentials.

I always have a problem with bags, It takes me forever to find the perfect bag and I never seem to be happy with them! This was is no exception. It is almost perfect but I found it a little too big for my uses. The shape was a bit difficult too.I wanted to like it, as the quality looked good and the wearing options are great. The strap eventually let it down for me though, it was not padded enough.
