This keyboard is Wow
I'm a little unsure of gow to start this review. This keyboard makes me go WOW! So let's take it in parts: I got this for work, because using a regular mouse and keyboard setup has given me bursitis in my shoulder (I'm short, which means I reach further forward to get to these devices than other people). I wanted a combo device I could keep in my lap so I don't reach forward so much. I already use a lap pillow for ergonomic support for my forearms, so this was an easy swap. First, the packaging is incredibly lovely. Whoever designed it needs a raise. Not only was it nicely boxed, but the keyboard itself comes in a beautiful little buttoned travel holster with a pocket for the stand. Second is just ease of use. I charged it first (easy, USBC) and flipped it open - it instantly started trying to connect. My Bluetooth detected it right away and connected easily. It worked without having to reboot or troubleshoot. Third, the keyboard mouse combo is essentially why I bought it, and works really well. Fourth, the keyboard is essentially complete and doesn't have any weird truncated keys. It has the delete, page up and down, control, function, and quotation keys all accessible and in the right places. Finally, it has a Settings key, which I hadn't realized was missing in my life until they provided it 😭. AMAZING addition!! Caveats to consider: I wouldn't necessarily call these "negatives", but they are worth considering before buying. There isn't a way to lock the keyboard open, so it can fold up unexpectedly if it's not placed flat. I use it in my lap, and it honestly hasn't been an issue. It's not terribly ergonomic in terms of curved keyboard, raised keys, etc. However, my goal was to just stop reaching forward so much for my mouse and typing. Having both accessible in my lap has helped immensely with that. It doesn't have a full separate number pad. However, I already have a Vaydeer programmable extension keypad, and am happy with that. When not in use, just fold it back up to save the battery! I'm buying a second in another color for my personal laptop. ❤️❤️

Excellent Foldable Keyboard for Travel and Work
This ProtoArc foldable keyboard with touchpad is a great combination of portability and quality. The folding design is compact and easy to pack, and the included case is a really nice touch—it protects the keyboard well and looks clean and professional. The keys feel surprisingly sturdy for a foldable keyboard, with good feedback that makes typing comfortable and accurate. The touchpad works smoothly and adds a lot of convenience when you don’t want to carry a mouse. Overall, the aesthetics are very pleasing, and it feels well-made rather than gimmicky. Highly recommended for travel, work, or on-the-go use.

Great combo travel keyboard/trackpad, with one caveat
This keyboard is foldable and works very well considering it is so thin and light. There is an attached trackpad which is handy as I use this with my iPad Pro (M4) when traveling. I give the keyboard 5/5 as it feels good and everything works as you would expect it to. All the function keys seem to work. The attached trackpad I give a 3/5. It works well enough with one big exception. The scrolling function is borderline unusable. It will start scrolling slowly and then suddenly speed up, overshooting what I was trying to view. It is nowhere near as smooth as the Apple Trackpads when scrolling. Using it for everything else seems to work ok, it really is just the scrolling. Luckily there is a page up/down button close to it so I’ve resorted to using it for most scrolling. My combined score is a 4/5, if they fixed scrolling this would be an easy 5/5.

Best bang for buck, reliable, super cool and works for my needs!
Size is perfect and full, value is the best you will find for the quality, this is your mid ground, a good balance. Tactile feel is great, Bluetooth connectivity may be a little shoddy if you’re far from the device you’re using it on, maybe 5-6 feet reliably. Functions as intended. I wish it had a backlight and a little bit better battery to support the backlight without sacrificing battery life, but now this thing would be the best on the market. Protoarc clearly cares about the quality of their product. Keep in mind you won’t be using this on your lap, you cannot lock it “open” but that’s expected because of minimalism, and if on desk or bed its fine, surface doesn’t have to be 100% flat but yea. I almost rated 4 stars because there’s one thing that bothers me… That is that when you close it back up the little latches may not latch on all sides reliably, but the nice case it comes with idc about that anyway too much. Best bang for buck presently

The Perfect Bluetooth Folding Keyboard. Highly Recommend it!
I've had many different Bluetooth keyboards over the years. This one is by far the best. I travel with my laptop daily using a pair of Ray Neo glasses as my monitor for the laptop and often for my phone as well my Oculus at times. This keyboard switches from device to device quickly and easily. The touchpad works great, it's as responsive and accurate as any I've ever used. I've had a smaller keyboard with touchpad before, but this one is much better. In fact, this is easily my favorite keyboard I've ever had for a number of reasons. One, it's thin and lite making it comfortable to type from any surface including your stomach when couch surfing with the Ray Neo's on. The keys feel great and I think I type better on this keyboard because of the slim profile and the easy touch keys. I gave a five star because I really love the keyboard, but there are two things that would make it absolutely perfect.(I wish there was a 4.5 because 4 seems to low) I wish the keys were backlit or at least glowed in the dark and also it would be great if the keyboard could lock in the opened and flat position. If they could add those two features without changing the perfect size and thickness or adding a lot of weight, I'd buy it and I'd have no problem paying a higher price tag. Either way, it's a great little keyboard.

favorite bluetooth keyboard
love this keyboard with all my heart. it’s lightweight and easy to carry anywhere, and it’s easy and quick to connect and use. i really like the 3 bluetooth connections, it allows me to switch between controlling my laptop and ipad and other devices pretty seamlessly. the keys are not too small or too large, and it’s pretty sturdy even if you’re like me and drop it everywhere. definitely my favorite bluetooth keyboard.

Very good, but room for improvements
I use mostly with windows 11 laptop, and occasionally smartphone and tv, overall I love it! I use it from my bed/couch, saves my spine from office chairs. but there’s some things I wish were different. Pros: - comfortable, sturdy, keys press well - special keys very handy (like home/end, PgUp/PgDn, screenshot, settings, and Fn keys row make using laptop very easy) - folds nicely, very compact, comes with nifty smartphone stand as a bonus, nice case. - usb-c charging and 3 device Bluetooth are nice. - I like to use “sticky keys” on windows, and this works just fine with sticky key functionality (saving myself from hand cramping from nonstop Ctrl c & Ctrl v haha) Cons: - touch pad is not great, works decent enough but can be kind of annoying when trying to use the left/right click (they should’ve made these separate mechanical buttons instead of just part of the whole touchpad) for example, when you push down on left/right click, it slips the cursor just a little and sometimes clicks on something above/below what you’re actually trying to click on. Sure you can always “click” just by tapping the touchpad itself but this is not always responsive. Hard to do things like select text on a webpage and copy it. - only has 1 Ctrl key, just on left side. They could’ve made the right side Option|Win key the second Ctrl key, but that’s just my opinion/preference when using a keyboard (better having 2 Ctrl keys) - should have put tactile markings on the arrow keys, I sometimes accidentally hit PgDn when trying to press right-arrow key, and the up/down arrow keys are extremely tiny. Raised markings on the arrow keys would’ve been nice. Overall pretty satisfied, been using it for months now and feature-wise it checks more boxes than other fold up keyboards I looked at.

Great portable solution for light productivity work on a tablet device. A few caveats though...
I've had this keyboard for about 6 months, and use it regularly enough I feel comfortable reviewing it. I purchased this pretty much to go with what you see in the photo, a Legion Go. This is a windows gaming device where the controllers detach to leave a high-powered, work-appropriate Windows tablet. But to really be able to use this, I needed both a separate keyboard and a mouse. Since I carry everything on me, I needed a functional but ultra-portable solution-- I already had a folding keyboard, which was great, but adding a wireless mouse was getting to bulky-- since I'm already carrying charging cables and a portable battery pack. This keyboard is probably one of the nicest folding chicklet keyboards I've used. The build quality is pretty solid, I haven't had any of the keys get loose. The trackpad is solid, but doesn't always register clicks, but I think that's part of the mechanical limitations. I've also noticed that the trackpad is a fingerprint/oil magnet, but so long as you're not doing this for aesthetics it works just fine. The thing has an internal battery charged by USB-C, which is vastly more convenient in 2025 compared to the micro-USB charging ports I've had on other folding keyboards-- and the device charges quickly and has a handy red/blue indicator light. It goes to sleep when folded. It also is great at waking up the device. I found pairing pretty easy. If I wanted to get fancy and pair it to multiple devices there are bright yellow Bluetooth shortcuts above the trackpad. I'm a touch typer and while not as comfortable or as accurate as a full mechanical or laptop keyboard, it feels as good as you're going to get for one of these devices. I use this mostly for writing emails and notes at work. For light productivity, it works great, but if you're going to be typing a 20 page term paper on your tablet, I'd suggest a full keyboard and mouse setup-- this isn't the most ergonomic solution, but to be fair, none of these folding keyboards are. One of the things I like is that it comes with a handy sleeve that closes with a magnetic button, it's a great touch that protects the keyboard without adding much in the way of bulk. It also comes with a phone/tablet stand that I'm sure is great, but I put to the side. There is a tiny little pocket in the sleeve for that. At $60 it's literally a third the cost of a Surface Pro keyboard, and about a quarter of the cost of folio keyboard option for Apple. I'd say it's a great option, especially if you find yourself limited by a touch screen. It also could be used with game consoles for the rare times you need to enter text such as character naming or entering in passwords when you don't want to use a controller.
