I bought a lovely pair of Timberland sandals through Amazon for light wear through the summer, but as I have congenital flat feet I have problems with wearing all fashion shoes except trainers in which I put orthotic insoles. I couldn't walk in these sandals at all,the rubber ridge around the shoe lining cut right into my foot on the instep causing pressure and pain. I thought I'd try these gel pads. They are brilliant. You get 2 clear pairs which are invisible and two beige plush covered pairs. The choice is yours, the clear ones are good for open sandals and flip flops and the plush ones in shoes too snug for proper full insoles. They are hand washable and you just let them air dry out of the sun. I dont find they slip around either and they cover that ridge around my sandals. I would say they are best suited to womens and maybe kids shoes up to size 42/size 8 max. They arent supposed to be used in trainers, running shoes but could possibly be used in pumps or sneakers. One word these are not for people who need a high level of arch support or who have plantar fasciitis who probably wouldnt contemplate open fashion sandals anyway as they provide little support unlike full orthotic insoles. But for the money these are good value and do the job for me.

I have now bought several packs of these, they remain sticky if they are reused in different shoes but I find it sometimes takes me a while to get the position just right so I prefer a pair for each pair of shoes. The support they give has relieved the pain I was getting due to fallen arches so I wouldn’t be without them now, and you can’t tell they’re there to look at, even in sandals.

What a great product, been having a lot of pain in my right foot. Long Waite to see a podiatrist was advised by my doctor to purchase temporary insoles. I purchased these and wow for me it really helps with my pain. Great to have different colours for different shoes.can't do without them.no more flat painfully arches.

Such a different! I started to use it in my shoes and in my sandals as well. Very comfortable, invisible, easy to insert and it stays where you placed. You can wash it if it is dirty, do not worry about the water. I suggest this item.

I'm pleased with these because I can finally start wearing an old pair of nicer crocs again as the flat insides made my arch and heel hurt. I think though in general, these are not quite high enough or firm enough for my higher than average foot arch. Good for what I bought them for but not ok for flatter shoes or sandals for me. Product sticks well and is comfy enough.

A total waste of money. Suffer with high arches and was hoping these would help but they are almost flat.... No support at all. Very disappointed.

These are ok...but could be chunkier! They don't offer enough arch support in most shoes I've tried them in.They help, but they don't reduce the issue by much

These pads were ok apart from they came unstuck the second time used and just don’t stay in place I will need to try double sided adhesive tape now
