Poor quality
I have used a SKLZ sandbag (search on Amazon) for about a year and have thrown it around from above head etc and the stitches have come out a bit so ordered this as it looked really good quality. When it came the outer bag seems really well made with rivets reinforcing the stitches. The inner bags are very large and I filled each with 10kg of sand (max rated at 12.5kg).So I start doing some around the worlds to get use to it. Dropped from eyeish level 3 times and on the third time I could hear the sand moving inside. I opened up to find the 2 inner bags I'd put in split along the bottom. So the inner bags are really poor and the stitches are really weak. The SKLZ inner bags are much smaller and stronger.I would not recommend this. Sorry

Great outer bag, disappointing inner sandbags
This is an excellent bit of kit, let down only by the poor quality of the sandbag clips. The bag itself has very strong clips and a variety of useful handles, but the clips that secure the sandbags themselves have little to no durability. Within only a couple of weeks, two of my bags had broken clips, leaving only one with complete functionality. Disappointing, given the price.

pro sandbaggin
Very good quality product that can take a jolly good shoeing. The design is well thought out however the area inside can make for excessive weight displacement during some lifts, so you're actually loading one side more (it does say this in the advertisement but still a bit of a shock). Easily sorted with putting a towel in to lessen the space. Only true bad note is the price

Good kit
Well made, well designed, good quality - a simple free weights system in a bag - without the weight until you need it! You fill up individual sacks with sand or water to produce the weight as and when you need it. The bags are incredibly well built and tough. Just good kit all round.

great product but very pricey
The product is well packaged with suitably clear instruction on useage. From a performance point of view, it offers a robust and flexible platform suiting the needs of almost every level of ability. The variation of weight than Can be added gives you a great deal of flexibility when adapting to different work outs and the construction quality if the bag suggests it should be long lasting, even with heavy usage. The negatives are that you have to provide the 'weight' yourself be this with sand/stones etc makes it harder to gauge exactly what you are lifting and the price is simply far too high for what is fundamentally a hard wearing backpack. In short. Fantastic product that will give you a great workout but unfortunately at current prices, not at all good value for money.

Good but inconvenient
The bag and straps are very strong and there are lots of them so it can be held in a number of different positions. But, with only 3 loading bags you have a very limited weight use. For example if you are doing bicep curls you won't need as heavy weight as if doing back exercise. For this reason I gave it only 4 stars. I suppose you could get round this by buying more bags. As an extra piece of equipment to go with barbells and dumbells then this is excellent and I would give it 5 stars.

Well made and durable but overpriced.
I have to admit that I had never tried this type of sand bag training before so I thought I would give it a go. I don't consider myself to be a fitness fanatic but I do like to stay in shape and going to the gym can get a little bit repetitive after a while. The bags and sand bags are very well made and seem very durable, if a little bit overpriced in comparison to some comparable products or even some simple home gym equipment.Having tried them out for a month or so I have to say that I am not convinced by the effectiveness of the whole process. I have tried quite a wide range of exercises with the bag, with one sand bag filled, but generally found the bag to be quite cumbersome.I don't think I will be sticking with this regime unfortunately.
