I just received these today, and was so excited to try them out for the first time. My husband cooks on a charcoal grill all summer, and these would allow me to grill my veggies without worrying about them falling through! They did great - with a minor bit of melting where the coals were the closest to the grill surface. With a gas grill, I'm positive there'd be no melting at all. In fact, our neighbor uses them on her gas grill every evening...that's how I found out about them.I think next time, I'll save the veggies to the end of the preparation, space out the coals evenly, and then use the mat to grill the vegetables. That would produce a more even heat, without the hot spot that caused the bit of melting.Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase, and I'd definitely buy these as a gift for any grillmaster.

This came just in time for Fathers Day BBQ and I was very surprised with the results. It was extremely easy to use and clean. Once i put it on the grill, I added a little bit of oil with steaks and zucchini and the results were amazing. The food was served with grill marks and cooked perfectly. Since it wasn't directly over the charcoal, the food retained more moisture than I was expecting and ended up being juicy on the inside. Everything was also much more resistant to burning since heat wasn't as direct. Think of it as a convection oven with the charcoal flavor and grill marks.This comes with a set of 5 which is more than you'll ever need unless you're doing a huge 30 person BBQ. I ended up giving 3 mats away and kept two for myself.

I have bought several of these throughout the years. They are so convenient and easy to use. Just remember to clean them right away. I had to soak and scrape it when left on the grill too long. I only get a few uses but they are worth it.

Pretty darn cool! I've seen these things advertised on Facebook and was just a bit skeptical of how well advertisers were claiming they worked. My skepticism was not warranted. This works WAY better than aluminum foil for making cookie sheets easier to clean. Pictured is a pizza I cooked on the mat at 450 degrees. The burned cheese simply slid right off the sheet. I also cooked steaks the night before. Steaks had a nice "burn lines" but no flare-ups and made turning the steaks much easier. To clean, simply rinse with a little soap and water.

These grill mats are awesome i never used one before but when i got my new grill i was looking for something to help keep it clean and with these they are nonstick and keeps my grill looking new longer they are washable and make clean up super easy plus they help keep your food from falling down thru the grill if it is something smaller i am so happy with these

Just as described. Food cooks well and saves lots of clean up time. I would recommend.

Have only used one of the mesh ones and it has started to fray after a couple of uses.
