These fit ISR 4431
Its a rack mount kit... But these do correctly fit the ISR 4431 as indicated. They are pretty heavy duty as well

I don't have a Cisco rack so I am unable to vouch for the compatibility with those, will be using these to mount other equipment. I am happy with the design, many extra holes to use for screws into the equipment you are trying to mount.
