For the price, it is very good and will hold the fireams safely. A 44 magnum Desert Eagle fits fine but a bit tight for a 44 magnum revolver. In my opinion the quality of the materials are more than adequate. Once assembled the unit is sturdy. The flex in the PVC panels helps to give extra room for fingers when removing a gun from the center slots. Maybe a suggestion for an upgrade may be to offer some slightly thinner foam for 22 semi-automatic pistols and other small weapons. For example, it would have helped me if I could have removed a 1/4" of foam from one slot and add it to another. The overall width would remain the same so the 3 rods would not need to be altered, and then I could customize it to my specific needs.

Would be a 5 star but this isn’t sturdy enough if you have just one gun on the end. It will tip over. Otherwise nice holder for the safe

For the price these are great. I had the all foam ones before and they came apart and slumped over very quickly. These are sturdy, yet won’t scratch.

This rack is easy to assemble and use. It’s versatile and accommodates a wide range of pistols, including revolvers, full-size handguns, and compacts. The foam is good quality, and paired with the plastic sides, it strikes the right balance of durability while avoiding any risk of scratching the pistol finishes.

I have a 2.5 sq ft gun safe with two shelves. I received one gun rack with the safe, that holds 5 pistols. I now have 9 pistols. I've been ordering, and returning, several additional pistol racks for the top shelf with little success for a proper fit. Until I purchased this Blacksmith rack...it's perfect. Save yourself some time and go ahead and drop a few extra coins and get this rack. It is sturdy, won't scratch your pistols and compact to fit most anywhere.

I bought this for Christmas for my husband. He just put it together, outside of the return window. I would have given this five stars, but it was missing the magnetic strips to stabilize it in the gun cabinet.
