Can i use on polyester curtains

Polyacrylic, polyester, and polyamide cannot be dyed using household dyes.
However, it is possible to dye a mixture of these (maximum 50%) and dyeable fibres. The resulting shade on mixed fabrics is lighter.

Will one pack be sufficient to fix the dye in a double duvet cover? Thank you.

Accepted Answer

For 300 gr Fabric you need only 1 pack. For 600 gr is sugested to use 2 packs and for 900 gr and 1200 gr cloths please use 3 packeges.

A pack is sufficient for fixing about 300 g of fabric.

Application in the washing machine:
Put the fixing liquid into the fabric softener compartment. The colour of your textiles is automatically fixed in the rinse cycle.

Application in the bowl:
After the bowl dyeing of your textiles, place the dyed laundry in a fixer bath (1 bottle of colour fixer in 8 litres of cold water) and allow the fixer to act for 15 minutes. The clothes should be moved regularly. After fixing, rinse the dyed and colour-fixed laundry thoroughly.
