how does your warranty work? thanks

The warranty works very well within the first year. I had one and they replaced it for a new one when the net ripped from wear within the first year. The second one has lasted for 3 years and I am about to order a new one. Good company, VERY handy net! It gathers all of the debris every morning from the top of the pool. I saves having to clean the pump filters as frequently as otherwise would be needed. Highly recommend.

Does the pole always need to be 48" or can you take sections out to make the pole shorter?

The pole can be 12", 24", 36" or 48" long
