Waste of money
Had very high hopes from this chain saw and it worked like magic for the first time but then the chain became blunt after using for just 1 hour which is very disappointing. The spare part(read chain)is extremely expensive... Costed ₹1200/- which is way expensive than the chains available in the local market starting ₹100/-. The machine though they say has 16 inches blades but is incompatible to spares of other brands. Got it repaired somehow... After using it again once got jammed and now again the cost of repair is ₹4,500/-. I simply do not recommend this machine which cannot be serviced locally and whose spares are extremely expensive.

Dissatisfaction
The product is superb however I'm so disappointed with the service . I did not get the chain and guide bar which is needed. The return policy was way worse. The customer have to do self-ship. Hope the policy will change in the coming.
