par contre si vous utilisez un rice cooker, mettez un peu plus d'eau, pour avoir un riz bien cuit je recommande

With the new information about pesticides in rice, this product is the least affected since it’s grown in place where the environment has fewer pesticides in the atmosphere. I rinse and soak it for 30 minutes before cooking and follow their suggested method. Taste and texture are excellent.

This is pretty good stuff. It rinsed clean quickly, had very few broken grains and is extra long when it's done. The cooking directions on the packaging turned out perfect rice without a rice cooker. I would have given in five stars but I was expecting a little more fragrant aroma and it was sort of low on that, it still smelled good but not like some of the other Basmati I've tried.
