STOKED nailed it - perfect on the go & travel coffee
Admittedly, I'm a coffee snob. I started drinking a few of STOKED's whole-bean blends a while back when I'm at home and have a full grinder-kettle-french press set up because I love their medium roast & single origin, but I travel a lot and have early mornings in hotels, camps, or just Airbnbs where there is little to no coffee or there's terrible crystallized freeze-dried instant coffee "product".STOKED Instant isn't anything like other instant coffees, while it won't beat the actual STOKED beans fresh-ground into my French Press, it's the closest I've ever found to the real thing and, frankly, a lot closer than I ever thought possible for micro-ground instant coffee to get to the complexity of taste & texture in proper cup of coffee. In fact, it's better than a lot of drip/brewed coffee I've had at restaurants, coffee shops, etc.Like previous reviewers have lamented (and some have lambasted for? Which makes no sense to me...), it may not beat the best cup of freshly pressed/brewed/chemex'ed/whatever craft coffee, it's absolutely incredible what is in that light, stashable, carryable, durable little packet and that just that and some water can get you a cup of coffee that rivals many examples of the fresh-brewed coffee.

The Stoked Stix tasted great for an instant coffee and I liked it as ...
Took some of the Stoked Stix (dark roast) with me for a week long kayaking/camping trip. Had two cups of coffee every morning. The Stoked Stix tasted great for an instant coffee and I liked it as much as I do the Starbucks Via French or Italian roasts packets. I thought it was pretty tasty and I'd much rather support a smaller company than Starbucks.

Disappointed
I like the small packet but when I looked at the expiration date, it was already expired by a few months. That’s pretty crappy, considering the price you pay and that the product supposed to be organic

Taste great & it’s Organic Coffee
This instant coffee tasted great! It’s organic, flavorful and no plastic taste. Great for travel or outdoor adventures. I used it for travel, and when I don’t want a whole pot of coffee. Just add water!

Read about this product in a magazine which touted it as 'as good as regular coffee'. Not so much. It's an OK instant. Not a brewed substitute.
