Effective help for back issues
This belt was recommended to me by a chiropractor. It really helped me to recover from pulled ligaments in my back and is helping to correct my sitting position on chairs and in the car

Product as described and of high quality material and design. Feels firm and sturdy product. In my case it holds joints as designed, however not sure as how helpful in long term as not used frequently.

Not sure I have the position correct?
I have sacroiliac dysfunction & Piriformis syndrome I'm not sure I've got this positioned correctly it's possibly me rather than the belt . It's beautifully made .

Immediate relief.
This arrived a few hours ago and I can already tell the difference. Standing is easier on my lower back, walking around the house feels better. I had a shower and as I was getting dressed my body already craved the stability. I can feel muscles working differently when I walk, my glutes are actually part of my stride today. I am recovering from being bedridden for a year and I can already tell this is going to be VERY helpful on my short walks, as I slowly work on building muscle strength again.
