Assembly instructions…anyone know where to find them? Mine didn’t come with any paperwork at all!

To be honest, it's not worth it, I would get a different product. We bought this product, and while it did come with instructions it does not do a great job of controlling the smell. We bought another one that does a better job similar product but of a different design. 20 times better in terms of controlling the smell. I would definitely look into returning this and maybe paying an extra 30-40 dollars to get a better product.

I'm finding the screws do not fit the holes in step one. Anyone else have this issue?

No issues at all for me, maybe you are using the nail holes, those are smaller

How many litter boxes will this fit ?

This will fit one good sized box. We use ones with higher sides to lee the litter-kicking down. There is a larger sized option that fits two, which we also have. I will tell you, the doors on the front are far more frustrating than if the top lifted like a toy box. Just an observation on our end ;)
