Worth the price
It's been 2 months that we started using. It works really well. It takes 30 mins to get relieved from pain. On the whole, the product is good.

Pathetic product and pathetic packaging
It will not come in company packaging. Surprisingly actual price of a product as per Amazon is 16k approx and is on big discount but is send plastic wrapped in an Amazon shabby carton /own box.Product is equally bad. Even the slowest of the knot/kneeding mode for sole … it’s hurtful and painful,Customer service is only sorry for packaging and can only replace the product and not giving a refund. Pathetic service of Amazon

Remote not received.
Product is good and received on 23.10.2024 but remote is still not received as on 30.10.2024 as per the commitment for the customer care to get it delivered within 3 days i.e. by 27.10.2024.
