Water is taste bad and Membrane not any expiry date

I am regular customer of this product. But this time fiber membrane sent me of mfd 2022 with no expiry date on it , water taste is bad . I am using it for last one week but taste not changed and small white partical seen some time. Taste is like clorine water.So I want to know it is ok or what I need to do . Please help.
