Eddie BauerMen's Rainier Pants

Wore these to section hike the Appalachian trail. Loved the feel and lightweight comfort. Fit was true to size. I would like a slight bit more rise but overall seem comfortable and durable. I feel they were breathable enough to wear on warm days hiking but provided an excellent mix of water repellent and warmth for the cold wet nights on the trail. Would ( and have) buy again. I tried the convertible version, but didn’t like the seem and zipper rubbing my knee. I find these are breathable enough to not need to convert to shorts anyways.

I like that they are lightweight and easy to wear. they seem waterproof and windproof . So for weather pants I like them

I really like these pants, but had to return them since they were so baggy on me in the legs. I usually wear slim fit jeans and they fit pretty tight in the legs. I wanted a hiking pant that was cut more like a regular jean with some leg room, but these were really cut much bigger and were very baggy. Waist, hips, and length were fine. Nicely constructed and nice color. I would have rated 5 stars if they hadn't been so baggy.

The title is the best compliment I can give for a piece of clothing. Within 3 months I decided I should buy another pair of pants before these go away.The fit is perfect for me, plus the stretch of the fabric make them feel like they will fit me even if I gain or lose a few pounds. They are just that comfortable with good quality.

The pants are legit, they are comfortable and look nice. However the size in the inseam seems to be off. All my pants are 32x32, so that’s what I got. But after putting them on, they seem more like 32x34. Creating a baggy look that I am not a fan of.

Hubby has several pairs of pants from an outdoor company made from a similar fabric but are twice the price. These lesser expensive pants are similar weight and are comfortable. While quality is not quite on par with those other pants, hubby can wear them for outdoor walks and activities as well as use them for church or other situations where they can be dressed up as well.

Lightweight and room to stretch and bend. Perfect for outdoor work. Breathable. Flexible. Comfortable. Fit as expected. I have in every color and this is my third time ordering.
