First of all, the packaging of the product was solid. Being a whole glass unit, it was properly packed, it arrived scratch less so kudos for that. It can be used for measuring weights from 5 kg to 180kg. The measurements are precise with minor variations from 100-200 gms. For correct measurements we have to stand in the centre of the machine. It requires 3xAAA cells for power(included in the package). The BMI tracking have never been this easy, pairs easily on Bluetooth with its app on phone. No need to write the scale every time. It does everything by itself, we just have to stand over it. Can be used by many family members, I have been using for 5 members and is working great. It supports up to 8 people's profile. The ActiveX app is free on app/play store. Pros Sharp LCD display Accurate measurements Light weight and slim design Looks elegant Good power management (the LCD switches off automatically in 3 sec of no use and turns up instantly when some one stand over it. Non slip platform. Bluetooth and ActiveX app. Overload indication 1 year warranty. Cons The only concern is the glass body. Have to be careful while taking it out, using it and storing it. Ordered it because of the ability to sync with your phone via bluetooth. Build quality is good. The feet are firm and the device does not wobble when you stand on it. It has auto-on / off. There are reports of different weights showing up. For this you need to ensure you are standing very still and not moving or shuffling. The principle of operation is by measuring force exerted and converting it to weight. Moving around changes the balance of force exerted and hence weight keeps moving. In my test, I stood very still and about 3 - 4 seconds later the final weight flashes thrice and freezes. Since you have the bluetooth app (Google Play Store - MyAxtiveX by Maya Apps), you can see this realtime on your phone screen without looking down. How to setup: 1) Insert the 3 AAA batteries as per polarity and close batter door. 2) Install the MyActiveX app from Google Playstore (Publisher - Maya Apps) 3) On the first screen, enter your name, year and month of birth, current weight (if you don't know enter anything and edit it when you know) and height in cms. 4) Click next and you will be on the device screen. Since I have the BMI Scale, I click BMI Scale and turn on bluetooth 5) Stand on the scale and it will show you the current weight. (Includes weight of clothes you are wearing, so your weight will vary if you measure yourself wearing a jeans pant / shorts). You eon't be able to save the weight in the app right away. 6) If you did't know yoir weight before, click the settings icon (Right most icon in bottom row) and select your profile and edit. This is also the screen where you add other members of your family i.e users. 7) Click the plan icon. Enter the target weight, target date, select your reminder options or turn them off. 8) Now go to device tab, click BMI scale, measure your weight. You'll see your weight, variation from goal, BMI and finally you can now Save the measured weight. 9) Go to plan tab to view your weight history in data or chart mode 10) General suggestion - Don't throw away the box, safely store it in it. Never leave batteries inside as with any electronic device. Insert and remove batteries as per need. Negatives of app (not device but app): 1) No cloud / online sync. If the app is uninstalled or device changed or lost or phone reset, your weight log history is gone. 2) No Google Fit integration 3) Device will not pair via regular BT. Just the MyActiveX app captures realtime info via BT and you manually save it. I am rating 4/5 due to app. Device is great.

The Activex Scale measures weight and converts it to BMI. It seems to be fine (just a few days since purchase) in it's measurements (have tried for 3 family members). The app also works, though it was not very intuitive and took a bit of tries to figure out that a scale has to be selected on the app (there are two types) before it syncs via Bluetooth and records the metrics on the app. The BMI is not visible on the app due to it's pale colour and small font size. Need a magnifying glass to read the BMI. Bluetooth connectivity was good/fast. It is also aesthetically designed and glass quality appears to be good. The display is also quite big and easy to read. The scale itself is just the right size and weight. So far I would rate my product experience a 4 (app can be improved). However, the warranty and service experience has not been as good. Since a product purchase is not simply about the physical product but also the accompanying commitments (warranty, in this case) and service experience, I have reduced my feedback to 1 star. Details below: The Amazon.in product page displays 1-year warranty on the scale. However, the product brochure I received with the scale states that it is covered under a 6-month warranty which can be extended to 1 year on filling out a survey (link was provided in the brochure). The product page on Amazon does not attach strings to the warranty which is a clear one year. Activex cannot exhibit two different warranty periods, one before the sale and other after the sale. This amounts to cheating by misleading the buyer. Even though I am entitled to the 1-year warranty, as per information on Amazon.in - screen capture attached, I did try the link. The link for the survey gives a "404 Page Not Found" error. I wrote an e-mail to the Manager Customer Service, Activex to complain about the warranty deception on December 27th. I will also quickly add that I received and e-mail from the Manager (must be automated/bot enabled) when I placed my order to confirm the order, thank me and to let me know that he can be reached if I have nay questions/feedback. In response to my complaint about the warranty, Activex sent me a fresh/repaired link allegedly to a survey. While I responded that I will not respond to any survey t get an extended warranty, when I tried the link, it took me to a registration page (not a survey) asking for my personal information (full name, e-mail ID, phone number, all of which were mandatory). I have refused to share my personal/confidential information and strongly condemn Activex's manipulative and deceptive tactics for delivery on it's committed one year warranty. Online sales are made basis information provided by sellers and they are legally accountable and liable for their product descriptions. I will update my feedback in case anything changes about my overall purchase experience, specifically warranty and brand/seller responsiveness.

Following are the observations after using the machine for more than a week, 1) Most importantly product looks exactly as shown in the description. * Even more classy I must say. 2) Its made up of High Quality Tempered Glass, which looks Durable & is Light weight. 3) Display is large and clear to Read. 4) MyActiveX app works flawlessly and can store data of upto 8 persons. 5) It has Auto on/off feature, which Activates machine just by stepping on it and dimmed after 3 secs of inactivity. 6) It operates on AAA batteries, which can be easily Replaced if Drained Out. * machine has Low Battery Warning feature as well. 7) It is quite Accurate as I compared it with Industrial Grade Weighing Scale which I have in Office. * There can be Difference of about 100 grams which is very impressive. 8) The Rubber grip at the bottom avoids it from Skidding. * Those are weight sensors as well. 9) Have tried weighing a Person in my vicinity who weighs 115 kg and machine still works fine. * So I guess Sellers claim of 180 kg should be Correct. Cons: None Observed so Far. ( Will Update if any Arises ) Useful Tips : -------------- # Place the machine on Flat surface to Get Accurate Readings. # Do Not keep the Machine Loaded for Continuously Prolonged Period. This might Damage the Sensors. VERDICT : ------------ It is Indeed one of the Best Weighing Scale to use at home. Has all the Required Feature and Importantly it supports the app, so you need not to keep manual track. With the Price Tag it have, its a Must Buy Product. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. I hardly give 5 out off 5 for any product...but this ActiveX is a great product I came across....it connects you to ur mobile, so you can monitor ur weight anywere and it also keep a track of ur weight and health on day to day basis.... I highly recommend this product to all the people who are health and weight conscience....

Product is good. I did not that expect that It will give BMI graphs when connected to Android phone via Bluetooth.Only problem for me reading value fluctuates to certain extent. They will check why almost 1-2 kgs difference in span of seconds.

This is the fourth day of my experiencing the amazing ActiveX Digital weighing scale. Perhaps this is the only machine with Bluetooth connectivity linking with one's mobile. Merely taking note of your weight is done by any other device available in the market.But recording the data of your body weight and BMI ( Body Mass Index) on your personal mobile phone is simply fascinating. Besides that the Service backup team for the device were very customer friendly and helpful in guiding me for its operation despite there being a manual provided along with the package.Their support was beyond my expectations. It is very simple, interesting,easy to operate and to link your mobile with it. Although the App features the Body weight with BMI and records it as well ; the other features built in the App do not function which is a little disappointing. The minor concern area noted is that there is a variation of upto 0.6 kgs max. among the 4 Body weight readings taken within a matter of 10 minutes early morning for one individual. However if this variation is considered to be within permissible limits for a digital scale, this ActiveX is the only smart weighing scale with all the added features as it is, besides its sleekness and elegance as I have seen. Worth going in for it. There is always scope for improvement for any product line.

EDIT: I got a replacement after like 2 weeks from the company itself because it was out of amazon return window. It works well now, doesn't matter how many times I weigh-in, it shows me the same result. On rare cases it shows 100 grams off, which isn't a big deal. Note that after keeping it idle say all night and when you weigh-in to see more than yesterday, it's because it needs to calibrate. Just get off of it and you will see four dashes on the screen, meaning it calibrated, now weigh-in to see the actual results. Coming to the app, it isn't useful for this type of scale as it calculates only Body Mass Index (BMI) which can also be calculated on google just by inputting your height and weight. There's no need to download an app just for that. Old review: Don't buy this crap. It's inaccurate and will show different different values every time you use it. Initially it was around + or - 2 Kg but now it's more than 10 Kg. It's not a battery issue, because I used many new batteries and it's the same.
