Santwissen ST01 Smartwatch (Green)

Bought this watch recently. After finding few drawbacks in the watch, spoke to customer support, they were polite enough to help me with the installation and promised that he will speak to tech team and sort out things. Here are drawbacks I found in this watch1. Though I select option to track the location every 3 minutes, it updates once in 5 minutes and sometimes once every 10 mins.2. When I click on the location drop pin it doesn't show the time, which makes us impossible to know wat time the person was in a particular location.3.No good power backup, even though I charge the watch to 100%, by the time my kid come back from school battery would have completely dead.4. There is option to set safe zone, but it works only when u open the application on ur phone. It won't work if ur phone is locked or application is closed even when ur kid steps out of safe zone.I have given 2 stars for the above drawbacks. Once these things are sorted out, will definitely come back and give 5 stars

One of the worst products ever bought thru Amazon... the review which I wrote 2 days after purchase was 4 star but today I am giving 1 star. If I had a choice I would have given -1 star.The cons of the product-It asks for a 2g SIM, an era where 4g SIM is the call, I had to struggle 1st with airtel for 15 days n then with Vodafone for approx 30 days n finally I received a SIM from them stating it's a 3g SIM n it's d best they can give me. When I tried the SIM it again didn't work with the watch.I then tried it with other watch of same brand which my frnd is using for 1 yr, n the sim worked well... so finally the watch is at fault... since then i have been trying to call n mail the company but no response... no once picks d call or replys to msg or answers to the contact form which i filled..Don't even think of buying this product...

brought this watch after lots of research. reasonable price, lovely product, recommended it to others and three of my friends also ordered on my recommendation. BUT......after 2 weeks only the display is gone. tried contacting the official website, e-mailed twice, no reply from the company.once tried to contact with the company through amazon, no answer till yet.PATHETIC AFTER SALES SERVICE.HUGE DISSAPPOINTMENT.

Does what it says. Bad battery life. If you use just the map feature, then you are good for a day's worth of battery. Using a few functions like a call/listen drains the battery like hell. You have to charge it every night. Even splashing a little water while washing the kid's hands will destroy the watch soon. Mine stopped working after about a year. Will have to look for a better one this time.Display is inconspecuous, not telling it's a tracking watch. Best feature is that you cannot shut it down, except from the app. Good customer support. Putting geo-fencing only with circles does not serve the purpose well, since the antenna will report different cells even if the watch is in the same place.

Easy to setup. Call function perfectly working. All child safety features incorporated. Inaccurate GPS. The position is far from where the watch is. This means features related to GPS will not work well.App can be opened in only one phone at a ttime.it is a limitationSlightly overpriced.

Beware of this fraud company. The product doesn't work because it's literally impossible to login to the app. Absolutely pathetic customer service because noone responds to mails or calls. Clearly a sham and disappointed that Amazon is not able to curb such bad service providers, especially in the children’s space where products should be highly curated.

This is a pathetic product. The watch stopped working in a months time... Spoke to customer service and couriered it at our expense to Bangalore. They said can't be repaired and would need to be replaced. The charges for transit for the new watch would be 800 bucks... The second watch didn't last even one month..If there was a rating less than 1, I would be giving them a 0 for the product and service both

The product is not worth the money. The built quality is really poor. The packing and the presentation are great but the issue is with the product. I have many concerns as below.1. The application for Android Service is not available on Play Store. Company sends a printed paper with QR code which takes you to some website for downloading the application.2. Once you install the application it asks you to register. And that take forever to register. It took me 3 days to get my user register with all the same details over and over for god knows how many times.3. Finally, user got registered and it asked to add the watch and other problem. The application can not find the watch with the IEMI number. (With the Airtel SIM installed with DATA)4. The BIGGEST ISSUE with the product is I am not able to login into the application via 4G DATA. And if I am connected via WiFi network it would have no problem logging into the application.5. There is issue with the product built also. When I received the product, I carefully opened the charging slot and the plastic covering the port just fell off and the same with the SIM slot cover. So, if you insert the SIM and charge it for the first time the covers of the both the slots are broken. And they easily fall off from the watch.6. And there is no customer support. I have faced the problem. The printed paper with QR code says that if you are facing any problem please contact the number via SMS or Whatsapp but no one replies back. And if they do they reply as if they do not know why someone is contacting them.If you ask my advice don’t buy the product. As the built quality and the product quality is not good.
